My attorney has said this is the most unreasonable landlord he’s ever come across. One person, who has known the landlord for decades, described them as “self-destructive.” Another has described them as “always blaming someone else” (sold house at wrong time … the RE agent gave them bad advice, etc.)

So, I’ll never suggest I’m the easiest person to deal with, but I am reasonable. This situation is so far beyond reasonable though.
