Therefore, your only investment in this location is tenant improvements because goodwill and equipment can be moved providing the new location is a distance patients/clients/customers are willing to follow. Being that your profession is an endodontist, a radius of less than 5 miles will result in little attrition of patients. It’s also less important for you being that a majority of your patients are not considered frequent (a visit within 1.5 years) customers.
