But the owner would not have sold at its true value. And, honestly, value is only what one person is willing to sell for and what one is willing to buy for.

Although I likely overpaid, it has been the best investment I have ever made. If I apply the same valuation calculation to the current practice compared to the valuation at acquisition, I’m many multiples ahead.

So, I arguably overpaid. But it’s also been an incredibly good value!
