The linked thread was a good discussion about eating out daily, but I’m curious what strategies people use to stay healthy when eating out daily. Of course I understand eating out will never be as healthy as eating at home, but I’ve gotten into the bad habit of eating out for lunch every work day, 4 times/week plus at least once on the weekend.
The easy answer is to eat at home or bring lunch, but aside from that what have you all done to maintain a less unhealthy diet while eating out often? Assume budget is not a major factor, since I’d be willing to pay more if it meant a healthier lifestyle.
