Keep an eye on the carbs. Huge differences between restaurants.
You'd think the bun on a hamburger would have similar carbs across restaurants, but there can be huge differences. Rice, noodles, corn chips, all are common sources of carbs. High-fat foods keep the carbs around longer, which is also bad. "Net carbs" are a total lie and has no scientific backing.
