And a side salad. Also, believevit or not Panda Express. Lots of sodium obviously butbif you sub the power veggies for the rice pr noodles it can get low cal real quick.

Just focus on smaller portions and calories.

Biggest thing to me is portion control. Either skip dinner at home or get a box to go or don't eat the whole lunch.

Eat Protein centered meals. Also, avoid Fries and Coke beverages. Drink water.

Find a place with food that you know what is in it. When I am dieting hard I love Mo Bettahs. Chicken is chicken.

Keep an eye on the carbs. Huge differences between restaurants.
