Find restaurants where its easy. For example a frequent spot for me is Red Fuego. Rotisserie chicken

Just focus on smaller portions and calories.

Biggest thing to me is portion control. Either skip dinner at home or get a box to go or don't eat the whole lunch.

Eat Protein centered meals. Also, avoid Fries and Coke beverages. Drink water.

Find a place with food that you know what is in it. When I am dieting hard I love Mo Bettahs. Chicken is chicken.
