Awesome! That’s a great job.
I lost about 35 lbs 11-12 years ago and minus a couple of health craters where I dropped another 20ish lbs (regained the weight fairly quick), I held steady in the 180 range. Then during and after my (fairly recent) divorce I crept up to 195-200 (some was muscle since I stayed really active). In short I pretty much ate my feelings for about 2 years. My relationship with food needed help.

I started Noom a couple of months ago. I knew some of the things (psychology stuff) they teach but I never thought of applying it to food. I am back down to 179 as of this morning. My relationship with myself in general and even more specifically with food is in a really good place and I love it. Noom filled in some big gaps in my knowledge and created some great new habits that I need that would probably would not have worked earlier in my life. I’m a slow learner.
