Started this year at about 185. Now down to 175. Having trouble hitting my goal of 170 because I don't want to
change my eating habits. I tend to eat a lot when I get home from work because I don't eat breakfast, I eat 1-2 protein bars for lunch, and then eat like a pig around dinner time. But I now exercise 3-4 times a week.
