No one knows so it’s ridiculous to make assertions like that. It could be the
case that he was just running on pure adrenaline the first day after the shock of everything. Once he was able to step out of the situation and process everything the gravity of it all may have hit him the next day. That happens to people all the time in traumatic experiences.

Based on what I saw of the prosecutor a couple days ago in the initial hearing, there’s no chance charges get dropped.
