I expect “something” happened, but it was more like maybe he tripped while he was next to the car and maybe his hand touched the car while he tripped. Of course that wouldn’t put Scottie in the wrong at all. But I think “something” happened, and the video doesn’t show what happened, and therefore it is going to have to be “he said, she said” unless there are additional videos or evidence available.
