Steve Young ranks thusly in career stats (repost):
1. Career yards: 21st (but keep in mind the USFL and sitting behind Montana for 5 years)
2. TD's: 20th (see above in parentheses)
3. Passing Efficiency: 1st
4. Yards per attempt (my pick for most important stat): 5th

I would venture to say he'd beat out at least half of Peter King's top 12 with an aggregate ranking based on these categories.

I personally don't think number of Super Bowl wins matters when ranking career achievement for a QB. Football is the most team oriented sport than any other. You can't win a championship alone.

And based on that theory, Troy Aikman isn't even a top 30 QB of all time. His ranks: 23, 55, 39, and 79, respectively. 3 Super Bowl wins, but even that dude on the Ravens in '90 has a Super Bowl ring as a starting QB.
