I think things really shifted under Mayor Brunst. And he lived in the far NE of
Orem. He and many of his council members were funded by Woodbury and they approved/pushed forward a LOT development that have made the roads much worse. Mayor Young was the push back to his administration.

The state is too blame. They had a golden opportunity several years ago to build a highway with no stoplights off i-15
