There's a reason we moved from Mesa, AZ to a town with 13 stoplights.
A traffic jam for us is when one lane is closed for construction and we have to wait for more than one red light in an intersection. Rush hour traffic takes 16 minutes instead of 14 minutes to get from one side of town to the other.
We got so tired of spending so much time in the car everyday sitting in traffic and waiting at red lights.

The state is too blame. They had a golden opportunity several years ago to build a highway with no stoplights off i-15
