The 215 loop is essential, but when they built Bangerter
I was confused why it didn't go very far west beyond what 215 covered. Especially the west and south part of SL valley can be miserable for going east/west other than on Sundays.
We really need a freeway-style east-west corridor on the south end of the valley. I suppose once the current Bangerter projects are complete, that should alleviate things quite a bit. But, let's make something like 90th south like that as well. They could even do right turn only intersections (see Bangerter @ 200W) to keep overall costs down. Just create full exits for Redwood and of course MVC.
And get going on that MVC freeway asap. (yes I know, taxes and environmentalists)

The state is too blame. They had a golden opportunity several years ago to build a highway with no stoplights off i-15
