I lived in the Brookdale neighborhood in Naperville and I never felt like traffic was bad in the town...
Route 59 got pretty slow at rush hours but everything else was pretty good and traffic kept flowing. Maybe the south end of Naperville was heavier but I didn't experience a lot of that.

The state is too blame. They had a golden opportunity several years ago to build a highway with no stoplights off i-15
