Need more/better public transportation. Unfortunately too many fight it and
sabotage it from the start. It is set up to fail in Utah.
They intentionally make it too expensive and inconvenient, then point to low usage as "proof" it doesn't work.

The state is too blame. They had a golden opportunity several years ago to build a highway with no stoplights off i-15
