The state is too blame. They had a golden opportunity several years ago to build a highway with no stoplights off i-15
that shoots out to Saratoga Springs and Eagle Mountain with only on/off ramps. There was so much land out there it was obvious that's where the growth was. Commuting to i-15 would've only been a 5-10 minute drive from out in Saratoga/Eagle Mountain with that road built and would've made everything so much better.

They missed the opportunity though and massively failed with overall growth planning.
