Baseless? Doman was given full reign of the offense with no oversite

or mentoring. Is that what is happening with Howell? Is Howell the architect of the defense, the person who calls the plays, the person who prepares the gameplans? Does he do this all or any of this by himself? That is what Doman was charged with in year 1 as a coordinator and Howell has 0 of those responsibilities.
