Where is the conflict of interest?
He attended law school at the U. Where is the conflict?
In his capacity as an attorney, and under the rules of the Utah State Bar, his law school attendance would not present any issues relating to conflict of interest.
How would Alan Sullivan's interests be harmed or in any way compromised if Chris Hill and/or the athletic department was found to have done something wrong?
