Fact is, if there were real problems, action will be taken.

Currently, it does seem like there were real problems. How much of that was actually known, how much of that was hyperbole? How much of that was or was not taken seriously when it should have been?

We don't currently know. Yes, Chris Hill may lose his job over this. Yes, he may be found negligent. If so, it's over for him. The University won't tolerate that.

Here is the thing. You act like you know but in reality, all you see are the headlines or articles written. They may be accurate but it will be investigated and we will know at that point. There are a lot of detail missing in a breaking new article.

You may be right and if so, you will be very happy that something bad happened to the U of U.
