Generally agreed; I might add that it is invaluable to talk to a former/current
employee (if you can) about the job and the interviewers beforehand, as part of your research. Interviews are often about personality and "fit." Sometimes candidates are too energetic when the interviewers want laid-back, or vice versa. It's good to know the company culture and exactly what kind of person they are looking for.
