Simple Rules for Interviewers
Don't call me to an interview, if you are interviewing me just for a number. Disclose to me that you're interviewing X guy that has been volunteering/interning there for a year. Let me know before the interview if my interview is just a formality.

Don't interview 15 people. Request enough information that you can whittle your list down a bit. Lets be honest, the 15 on your list aren't created equal.

Don't call me in from a long distance away if you're not going to do so much as validate my parking.

Interview me at the freaking time you say your going to interview me. If you hold me to a five minutes early standard, don't start my freaking interview 15-20 minutes late.

Read my freaking resume. If you expect me to be prepared and know about your company and you, etc., you should at least know what's on my resume.
