I can't overstate how helpful and well researched/written the book is. I'm sure

there's newer versions than the one I have, but worth it's weight in gold. Especially the questions. In depth, covers what the questions are intended to reveal, how and how not to answer them, how to communicate strengths and pivot from weaknesses to turn into positive etc. Def. worth the 20.00 or whatever.
