I've seen hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of interviews at the two tech
companies I've worked at here in Utah. Their CEOs dress like they're in high school, and so does everybody else, but NOT the people interviewing. Every person I've ever seen interview without a suit stuck out in a negative way like a sore thumb and didn't hardly stand a chance getting to the next round. I would seriously advise against wearing anything but a suit. A tie? Maybe you can leave that part out. But put on a suit.
