Exactly, people hold on to things he said 5+ years ago. It's ridiculous. If

those same people would just pay attention they would see that he is continually adapting his recruiting philosophy. Clearly there is still room for improvement, but the staff is headed in the right direction as it relates to recruiting. The current staff also has some very good individual recruiters, namely: Poppinga, Howell, Tujague, Holliday and Atuaia.
