It's different than living outside of Utah.
There are pros and cons to both. I grew up far away from Mormondom, but I currently live in Utah and have no real issue with it. It's definitely different, and that's good and bad.
We've discussed moving somewhere else, and for me the biggest concern with that would be being away from BYU sports.
