What has he done? Getting Witt - Fail. Hire the guy already on staff - easy. Cleveland leaves - Hire the next guy on staff - easy. Leave a Conference - no brainer and easy. Get the best non BCS team into a BCS Conference, fail, fail, fail, fail.... He doesn't even pretend to be ambitious. He doesn't even like it when his coach does talk ambition. If BYUs goal is to fade into obscurity they have their guy. But, he is a nice guy.
