Hind sight is 20/20 - BUT had Holmoe not been so stringent
and quite so demanding when the Big 12 talked to them last, this may be a mute issue. Had BYU been easier to work with (instead of acting like they held all the cards) the Y could already be in the Big12. That said, at the time, BYU was still very much feeling the stinging effects of poor deal and all the Y gave away (and really didn't get back) to the MWC.
I'll be Tom wishes now, that they hadn't been quite so demanding in the last go around with the Big 12, when they came courting.
