Help me out please as I'm maybe too old to remember exactly what are the differences between the two. Back east here our Temple recommend interviews include questions about alcohol and drugs and despite our liberal reputation using them generally precludes someone from getting a recommend. Other east coast recommend questions include things like the law of chastity. Nonmembers seeking a recommend would get asked the same questions. I'd guess that almost all if not all of the suspensions are related to one of these two areas.
