TV used to be (back in the day) for people who couldn't get tickets to the game, or lived too far away to get there. When I lived in LA in the early 80's, Rams, Raiders, Dodgers, Angels, Lakers, USC, UCLA all blacked out their games.

If BYU wants to fill the stadium, take away local TV coverage until all tickets are sold. And by local I mean the entire Wasatch Front. Brigham City to Beaver.
