not all, but some, for the Atlanta area. I think it's possible. The real question is does BYU view is as more valuable to have eyes on TV sets in Utah, SL, Weber Counties, or bodies in the stadium.

If the answer is we care less about filling the stadium, the TV revenue is too good, then they need to improve the stadium experience, by increasing space for each seat, effectively reducing the number of seats available, (which helps to get to the "sellout" number) and reducing the constant assault of commercials at the stadium.
