I think you overestimate the willingness of the majority of...

the world's population to live the Honor Code. Second, it would take a long time to have a highly ranked program. I don't think their accounting and law programs were highly regarded for 10-15 years. I would be interested to see statistics about the percentage of accounting and law students that are non-LDS. Probably not much higher than the undergrad population, so while they are prestigious, they are still mostly Mormons who attend.
