policy that BYU is purposefully low-balling salaries for admin and faculty so as to buck the "education bubble" trend going on throughout much of the country and keep schooling affordable for the broadest possible segment of eligible students; a BYU education is an absolute screaming deal when compared to anywhere else in the nation when you're talking abt bang-for-the-buck
