I hate recruiting these days...
Why does anyone bother committing? Everyone soft commits, backs out, and re-commits or leaves.
That's kind of the opposite of committing.
Why not just say, "I'm not gonna make a decision until x." And then make the decision you are going to stick with and...what the word? Oh right, COMMIT.
