5-10 over and wanting to get by is reckless driving?
I think those are more likely effects of rage, not a cause... If people were going faster in the first place, there wouldn't be an issue. Logic doesn't sound right, but those people are getting mad at something, and it's usually someone in front of them. If everyone simply lets people pass who want to pass and avoid having to move across 3 lanes back and forth just to get ahead where they want to be, it's much more smooth. I know it sounds like "so we should drive and adjust ourselves for the law breakers?" But really, just stay where you belong, simple as that. People stop doing things just because they don't care about anyone else, things get better. Like he said above. You might be disrupting the whole flow of traffic.

I don't think anyone is talking about reckless driving here. Just someone simply moving a bit faster and wants to get by.
