You're the one bringing up extremes when it's not part of the

discussion. Someone simply wanting to get by isn't some crazy reckless driver that is causing accidents. Just because you're going the speed limit doesn't mean you're doing EVERYTHING you should out there. Especially if you're blatantly ignoring some things you should be mindful of.
