No. That's speeding silly.
But it's just as illegal. Reckless endangerment starts at 20 MPH over limit in many states.

Again, your argument makes no sense. Who is caring more about others? The law-abiding driver who will most likely not contribute to an accident or the speeder who is statistically more likely to cause an accident simply to make it to his destination a few minutes earlier? No-brainer SFC. Sorry.
