feel PTO is vital to a productive employee. They treat you like an adult and expect you to be one with PTO. My company just went to this policy recently, but studies have shown that employees from companies who offer unlimited PTO generally take less PTO. Having said that, the CEO of our company said that if after 1 year, the numbers show that we're taking less, he will get rid of the policy. You can be cynical all you want, but they instituted this policy to encourage people to take more vacation time. We'll see what happens.
