I think the point isnt leaving for a better program out of state---as there are 40 of those every year than ours right now---its that BYU is losing out on the LDS kids they always got in the past. They are lazy in recruiting them as they expect them to come to BYU. As Bronce said-"they recruit us/BYU". Well why would a kid go to BYU now over a Stanford, OSU or heck even Yewtah? I would go Utah's way, Better league; better schedule; more kids put in the NFL lately; more recognition; etc. The old "I would go for the BYU experience" is garbage and out dated. You read about wonderful kids and experiences everywhere. we BYU is circling the drain and better react quickly IMO
