I think that our HC would make a great DC for us under the direction of someone else that would be our new HC.

He just isn’t what a head coach should be. He has the talent to coach but his social skills are extremely lacking.

No way would I, if I were a 5 star player come to play under him. He takes delight in bragging that stars that a player comes to the Y with means absolutely nothing to him, then he sets out to prove it as not one of them were able to survive or be appreciated at the Y. By the time we get through with them, they can never be successful any where they eventually transfer to. We kill their spirt and their enthusiasm until they no longer have confidence in themselves.
