UNC, what I have a hard time with is your definition of mediocrity. I hope your boss, or your spouse/significant other doesn't have the same kind of definition, cause that would be tough to live up to. I guess if you can only accept 1 or 2 losses a year, get used to disappointment. Living in SEC country myself, that seems a tad unrealistic.
