Yes, I have. They located the pen for their Lab in the furthest location from

their house, which was only about 50 feet from our bedroom. I caught the neighbor outside and told him "we have a problem". He received it well, and they moved the pen. That didn't totally solve it and I had to talk to him a couple of more times. He received it well each time and we ended up being good friends. The dog ended up living in the garage at night.
