For sure. However we had a neighbor whose adult dog barked continuously every 8 seconds when it was awake outside. That is a problem. We talked nicely to the owner. Then after weeks of nonstop barking my wife finally called the police who paid the house a visit. There were three other families who had voiced their frustration as well so we were not alone. The family moved last Minh and I can tell you that silence is GOLDEN!!
