it involves a pet? My last neighbor didn't seem to bother one bit fixing the issue of my yard being her dogs toilet. I had to scour the yard each evening with my shovel and usually came up with 3-5 locations a day. You know why I don't have a dog?... BECAUSE I DONT WANT DOG CRAP ON MY LAWN!!!

Other neighbors dogs would bark all through the night as well. Since so many pet owners call their animals "kids" why is it ok for their "kids" to terrorize our yards with feces and our sleep with disturbances? Would my kids be allowed to crap on others lawns? Can my kids scream and cry all night long by a neighbors window when they're trying to rest?

That's ridiculous. If you make the choice to have a child or a pet, you own that responsibility and don't make it the burden of others and just write it off because they're animals. If you can't manage your pet than you shouldn't have ownership.
