You make some valid but you are missing the other half where Bronco's recruits are not making it into the NFL, Crowton's did - even the white RM ones. There is something missing in your argument - that Bronco let an extremely old-school, rigid, overweight guy head the strength and conditioning for so many years. Additionally, Bronco goes after too many recruits that are not wanted by other schools or recruited by no-bodies. If you do no think there is an issue with who Bronco is recruiting and the way he is developing his players, then I can't help you.
