There are a few good points all have said. However for the person or People that are BYU fans that believe developing a athlete into a student athlete is great in all but your more brain washed then the rest of us. Of course we want to see National Championships. I may be wrong saying this but a 2 year mission is enough to help you become a man. If you think your RM's Need help becoming men then they should have never gone on a mission in the first place. Just go straight to BYU and become a man in 4 years. Another miss conception that a fan believes that Black Kids have it better. Yes some come from broken families. However their are alot of BYU football players that come from broken families that are White. If you think your team needs nothing but Black Players then we will consider you a raciest and a pathetic fan. Plenty of White kids in College Football that do amazing.

Now about preparing your kids for the NFL its all on the Head Coach and the coaching staff. Ill ask Ziggy didnt know much about football however who taught him to become a dominate College Athlete. Bronco did. So dont tell me its not about the coaches its all about the coaches. If the coach cant develop the player then go find another job. Your wasting BYU money when your not developing players.
