Bronco did a good job of righting the ship, but all the tools were laying there. There was a culture problem, and Bronco did a good job of taking the program, and the many solid players that were in the program and on missions back to the winning track.
Bronco did a good job. He was the right guy at the right time.
In some ways, I agree with what ALUF 1990 said. There's a certain element of truth to it, although further explanation is required.
