YES. Since 2000 the US and Zimbabwe have had a bilateral extradition treaty
in place when a crime is charged that would be a crime in both countries. Since poaching is a crime in both countries I fail to see how we could not honor our treaty and not extradite. If we are not willing to extradite to Zimbabwe then why did we do the treaty.

How can we expect other countries to live up to their agreements if we can't do the same?
