Does it matter that he didn't break any laws?

I mean, I think the guy's as big an idiot as there is, but the U.S. wouldn't be trying to extradite from Zimbabwe on ethical grounds, so it shouldn't be an issue.

From the latest details and news stories, it doesn't sound like laws were actually broken - if I'm misinterpreting the info and he broke laws, then we absolutely have to send him over.
